Neighbor Benefits
Caring Neighbors is a volunteer organization built on the simple idea that we can all help one another. Whether you need a helping hand, a friendly visit, or a little extra support, our volunteers are here to make a difference.
Caring Neighbors can provide a variety of services, including:

Transportation to medical appointments or grocery shopping

Prescription pickup from local pharmacies

Friendly visits or phone check-ins

Assistance with minor household chores and maintenance

Social Outings - lunch, a drive or a fun excursion

Minor household help

Temporary pet care, including dog walking

Referrals to other helpful services and organizations in the community

If you would like to join Caring Neighbors as a Neighbor, please call us at 843-368-2096 or visit our Contact Page. Before services can begin, potential new Neighbors will receive a home visit. This meeting gives us an opportunity to introduce you to Caring Neighbors, explain our services, answer any questions you may have, and gather the information needed to better assist you.
